Thank you Shakespeare for the quote. Now that I have given credit where credit is due, have you given credit where credit is due? Do you wake up in the morning and thank the LORD you are still on this side of heaven. You have another day to praise his name and tell others about the great name of Jesus our Savior. You are saved from the sin and death of this world. You are on your journey to some day enjoying eternal life in heaven.

As I have said in the past, if you are on this side of heaven the Lord still has a purpose for you to do the work of Jesus. Jesus never wanted any believer to be a closet or Sunday only Christian. He wanted us to be active in all aspects of our daily lives to show, explain, and highlight the wonders and rewards of being a follower of Christ. Christ wants us all to be working active alive Christians. Showing and telling all that Jesus has saved us from sin, death, and the devil. Our final goal is heaven.

Some of you say that you can't be a preacher or a teacher? You can't just talk about Jesus and your faith out of the blue!! I can be honest with you I was that way myself. Even though I was educated and almost became a pastor, I never was a great speaker or orator. I couldn't just talk about my faith and have people listen. I would freeze up if I started a longer conversation with someone.

That changed in me over the years. It is hard to explain what I went though that changed me. But the first lesson I can tell you is be a good listener. That is one step I still mess up once in awhile, but it helps to listen. You learn the person you are talking with. You hear the wants and needs in the sentences and word usage that he carries as you talk about work, home, and general conversations. There will be a moment that happens when the Spirit will tell you what and when to say those important words of your faith. [I know this last sentence may not make sense, but trust me the Lord will use you. You will get to know the movements of the Spirit in you}

Don't be sad or rejected when the first time or 2 that you are put aside or down for the faithful comments you make. Keep the door open and don't push. The Spirit and Jesus works at their own speed not ours. Keep the sunny side up as is said and when the next time appears let the Spirit work in you again. You will have to keep planting the seed of GOD's word. You never know when the fruit of your work will yield a new believer.

When you see the seeds you planted starting to stir help it along. Don't push but answer the questions offer. Give advise when wanted. Be the helpful pleasant person that Christ created in you to help the new believer along. Remember Paul the apostle said we all started our faith journey as little children taking milk first before we could take meat. Have the patient of a saint and the willingness to work as a long as it takes to bring the new believer into the fold of Christ.

I believe all followers of Jesus should always be working Christians. No matter where you work, travel, shop, or am in life the atmosphere around should say "I am a Christian." Please join me in all ways to proclaim of Jesus through out the world .

Just a passing note, I have over 30 blog post on this site, Please feel free to investigate and read. I would really like to hear or read any and all comments. I get very few comments, making me think that no one even reads the blogs. Let me know in a couple words that you are reading the short blogs I post. Feed back is appreciated.

God Bless
